TRACEY WINFIELD

Preschool Manager (SENDCo)

I started my career in childcare in 2004 by working at the Creche on the RAF base.  I then became Deputy at Speen Pre-school in 2007 before becoming Leader in 2011.  I have two grown up daughters - one of whom is aiming to become a Fashion Journalist and the other is hoping to pursue her love of football (currently playing for Wycombe Wanderers).  I enjoy gardening, geocaching and, of course, watching football.

Qualifications/Training: Foundation Degree Early Years (Level 5), Designated Safeguarding and Child Protection Officer, Paediatric First Aider, SENDCo.

SUE LAKE

Deputy Preschool Manager

Hi, I’m Sue.  After qualifying with NNEB Level 3 in Childcare in 1999, I have continued to work alongside young children 0-5 including my own business in children’s musical entertainment.  Within my career I used to work here at Windmills and is lovely to be back! I have three children 17, 10 and 8 along with a dog called buddy and a cat bubbles.  I like to bake cakes and spend time with my family.

Qualifications/Training: Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB), Paediatric First Aider, Deputy SENDCo.

MICHELLE NAGLE

Early Years Practitioner

Hi, I'm Michelle. I am a mum to two boys aged 13 and 16 and doggy mummy to Bailey our 5 year old cockerpoo.  I have worked in childcare since leaving college, working in settings and as a nanny to private families.  I find children very entertaining and love helping them grow and learn ready for their next steps (although I don’t enjoy saying goodbye).  When I get time to myself I enjoy reading, cross-stitch, colouring in my grown up colouring book and sitting in my garden.

Qualifications/Training: Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB), Paediatric First Aider, Wellbeing Lead, Food Hygiene Lead.

SARAH HARVEY

Business Manager

Hello, I'm Sarah.  I've been working as an Administrator in Early Years for nearly four years now after having a career break to raise my children.  I love working in this sector with the challenges it brings and also assisting settings in becoming the absolute best they can be for their local community and for the children who spend their first and very important years there.

 

Qualifications/Training: – GDPR, Safeguarding & Prevent Duty.

Our Management Committee

The Management Committee members are jointly responsible for the effective running of the preschool and making decisions regarding the management of the charity in order to achieve its aims. The Committee have an overriding duty to act lawfully and in the best interests of the preschool and its beneficiaries – the children. For an up to date list of members please see the poster in the foyer.

We hold our Annual General Meeting in October each year, where we elect new members to our Committee, if you would like to get involved, please contact our Chairperson.
