We were delighted to retain our ‘GOOD’ rating in all areas at our last inspection in January 2018, having held this level in previous inspections. That said, we're driven by continuous improvement and reflective practice, so aspire to deliver an outstanding service every day. A warm welcome for children and their families.
Children make good progress from their starting points, and all children develop the essential skills they need for school.
Children form close bonds with staff. Staff are good role models and encourage positive behaviour well.
(Windmills) provide a wide range of resources that promotes children's good interest and development.
Safeguarding is effective. The members of the management committee have a range of relevant experience and undertake training to help them understand the importance of their roles.
Children develop good communication and language skills and staff support this area well. For example, they make good use of questions to encourage children to share their thoughts and ideas.
