Management Committee
Windmills is governed by a Management Committee
of parents who are responsible for policies, finance and staffing.
This group also organises fund raising events to provide us the
funding to develop the setting and support the aims of the pre-school.

Your role
At Windmills we actively encourage the involvement of parents and/or
carers in a variety of ways. We value the information that you give
us about your child and we encouage you to talk to your child's
key worker regularly. We also encourage parents and/or carers to
stay for the occasional session. This helps the staff to maintain
a high adult/child ratio and also gives you an opportunity to see
what your child ‘gets up to!’ The Committee also welcomes
help and parents are certainly welcome to come along to the half
term meetings.
