All
our staff are Enhanced CRB checked. Training is also continuous
to improve professional development and enhance the care and
education given to your children. Within 6 months of starting
with us we endevour to have all new staff Pediatric First
Aid trained and Safeguarding Children trained.
All children are allocated
a ‘key worker’ who is responsible for monitoring
and recording their progress. These progress files will be
shared with you at parent consultations, or at any time you
wish to see them.

Angela Calam –
Supervisor
Angela has had many years’ experience in childcare,
working in a day nursery before joining Windmill’s in
November 2009. Angela has a level 3 qualification and has
the role of Supervisor aAngela is Child Protection trained;
First Aid trained and is the settings designated person for
Behavioural Management. Angela has a pre-school aged child. |

Louisa Locke - Deputy
Supervisor / SENCo
Louisa has had many years experience in childcare, she worked
as a nanny before joining Windmills in April 2010. Louisa has
a Level 3 Diploma in childcare and has attended numerous SENCo
courses to enable her to perform her role as Windmill’s
SENCo Co-ordinator . Louisa is also our Designated Child Protection
Officer and is First Aid Trained. Louisa has a school aged child.

Danielle Murphy - Pre-school
Assistant
Danielle has recently joined our team. Danielle is Level 3 qualified
and has had previous experience as a Deputy Manager of a Pre-school.
Danielle is also First Aid Trained. |

Annie Ahsan - Pre-school
AssistantAnnie has joined our
team in the last year. Annie has her NVQ Level 2 and will
be training for her Level 3 in 2012. Annie is First Aid Trained
and is responsbible for health and safety. Annie has two school
aged children.

Keely Byerley -
Pre-school Assistant
Keely joined Windmill’s in November 2009. Keely is First
Aid trained and Child Protection trained. Keely has attended
numerous Early Years courses to provide her with an up to date
knowledge of current working practices and is First Aid Trained.
Keely has two school aged children.
